Gillian Chung would want to be featured in a magazine but not in this manner for sure.

Recently, residents in Hong Kong’s Yau Ma Tei and Mongkok have been finding porn discs with Gillian’s photos on the cover in between pages of magazines bought from nearby convenience stores.

After receiving complaints, police investigated and nabbed a 43-year-old man responsible for slipping the porn videos into the magazines.

The man proclaims himself as a fan of Gillian, but his love for the star turned into hate when the scandal involving Gillian and Edison Chen erupted two years ago.

Back in 2008, photos of Gillian and Edison committing lewd acts in the privacy of their bedroom were leaked over the internet.

The scandal rocked showbiz and Gillian tried to redeem herself by accepting public interviews in which she cried and tried to gain sympathy. The move backfired and she was forced to lay low for a period of time.

When asked for comments regarding the sabotage attempt, Gillian asked for fans to avoid resorting to extreme means to get attention.

“I will let the police handle this.”
