Corey Yuen Kwai Career Biography
He was raised at the legendary Hong Kong Peking Opera School alongside action film legends Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung, Yuen Wah and Yuen Biao. Throughout the 1970s, 80s and early 90s, as an actor, he appeared in over 40 films.
These days Corey Yuen-kwai can be seen behind the camera directing and handling the action choreography on several big projects east and west including John Woo’s Red Cliff parts 1 and 2 and Jet Li’s Hollywood outings: Kiss of the Dragon, The One, Cradle 2 the Grave and War.
