The Legend Of Chen Zhen Gets More Budget
Donnie Yen’s latest Kung-fu actioner The Legend of Chen Zhen (a remake of Bruce Lee’s 1972 Fist of Fury) has just received an additional $20 million yuan to the original budget. The money increase is to go towards special effects and a Hollywood post-production team.
The Legend of Chen Zhen is produced by Gordon Chan, directed by Andrew Lau and stars alongside Donnie Yen – Anthony Wong and Shu Qi. Donnie Yen is also the films action director.

Good to see the suits investing some cash.
The fight scenes will be great if left to Donnie and he is given the time.
