Warren’s plans embrace forgiving student loan debt, making extra college students eligible for grants to attend college, investing more money in traditionally black schools and universities, elevating salaries for teachers and child care staff, and quadrupling federal funds for faculties with a high proportion of scholars from low-earnings households.
